I hope they do actually. One thing about IOS is that its video chat service(face time) and messenger are integrated when viewing the contact making it real easy to have the choice of video calling. I've been wondering why Google hasn't done this with Hang out or google chat and incorporate it into the contacts or messaging. It'll make people more aware of the service and get more people on it.
