Question google message spam and block when transfer different carrier what happens

so i got a question when i transfer s20 plus phone to s25 phone and i'm going from verizon to at and t

when i signed into google message on s25 phone under spam and block will it still have old spam messages that are block from verizon as well as verizon report message or will it show blank aka new

i actually wonder if i will still get spam messages time to time when i go to at and t or not
