I've always used Spotify in the past on my new Nexus 7 tablet. However, I just got the Google Chromecast to connect my tablet to my audio system. The problem is there are very few apps that work with Chromecast. The only music app is Google Music. I love being able to stream music from my tablet to my audio system without wires. So I'm on a 30 day free trial of Google Music. I may ditch my Spotify subscription and make the switch to Google Music.
One think I like about Spotify is that you can create a radio station based on one of your playlists. This is convenient as I listen to everything (jazz, pop, rock, etc.), and being able to create a radio station based on a playlist that has all sorts of music is awesome. Is there a way to do that in Google Music? So far, in Google Music, I just see that I have to pic a "genre" for creating a radio station. This makes it impossible to have a radio station that plays all sorts of genres and music types.
Any advice is appreciated.
