Google Music Sync

So I have Google music play on my S4. I downloaded a few songs to the app and they don't show up online. Is there any way to refresh the online one so that is syncs with the phone?

Go to Google Music on your PC and look on the sidebar menu on the left -- under Auto Playlists you will see Free and Purchased. Click on that. Then from the main window, drag the songs you purchased to My Library in the sidebar menu. It will automatically add the songs to the artist entry if you already have songs by that artist or will create a new entry if you don't.
