Since I've had my Oneplus this app has crashed each update. Every uninstall reboot install it stay crashing. Any help?

Was Google Play Music preinstalled, or did you have to install it yourself? If it was preinstalled, try booting into Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps. If the problem goes away, then something you've installed is interfering. I'm not sure if this is valid for the OnePlus One, but on most Android devices, you can get into Safe Mode by pressing and holding Power until the power options come up, then press and hold Power Off until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap OK.
