Google Nexus 4 - Can I fix my phone?

I dropped my Nexus 4 a few months ago and the screen shattered and is unresponsive to the touch. The phone still turns on and charges fine though.

Is this a relatively simple fix? What can I buy to fix it? Would anyone buy it for $100 as is if I listed it somewhere?
