The Nexus 6 will be the first phone I've owned since the Palm Pre that supports wireless charging.
Any recommendations on a decent charger? I see Amazon has a few that are in the $20 range, Google sells one directly though it's $50.
The Tylt Vu is the one I bought, got it on sale last year. Have used N5, SG5, and LG G3 on it and have had no heating issues or not charging issues with it. Going to get the Tylt car charger as soon as it's available.

Pricey but last year they ran a BLACK FRIDAY sale and they were like 1/2 off... but by far my favorite wireless charger... I bought a couple of "Cheap" $20 ones off Amazon and with one I had a heating issue with the sucker... phone and charger kept getting hot.. I actually have 3 of these... one in my kitchen, one on my night stand and one one my desk at work..... I bought one full price and the other two I bought during the Black Friday sale after Thanksgiving... I like the angle allows me to see my phone very well while on my desk and lets me use my phone as an alarm clock on my night stand...
This is a FAQ on all of these boards, and overwhelmingly the response if pro-TYLT VU. I have one that I bought during the sale last year, and I hope they do the sale again this year b/c I want another for my office. Great charger, and at half-off, it is a good deal too.
yeah I am interested in the car charger when they put it out.... I love this charger... At first I couldn't believe I spent so much (Full retail) for a charger but man it's just a great little charger.. Been using them on my Nexus 5 and 7.. Neither device ever saw much in the way of plugged up charging....
The Tylt Vu sounds perfect my purpose. I want one on my night stand to charge overnight. I also use my phone as an alarm clock. Now to see if there are any upcoming sales.
On amazon I've been looking at these two

I like the brand anker. I've bought a couple of portable batteries from them.

I own that Anker charger and use it on my Nexus 7. Works great. I like the thin profile.
That is exactly what I do.. I use the daydream feature so you have a very dim clock on the screen and then have it set as my alarm..
Works perfectly... and then on my desk I have it right below my computer monitor at work and can easily see what the notification light comes up.. With the Nexus 6 and the activate notifications on screen I should be able to see what the notification is and not even have to touch my phone if it's not important (Junk email)
