how do you turn of the tts on a nexus 7 tablet ?

I don't have my N7 with me, but I believe it's in Settings > Accessibility > and something in there for it. I'm looking at my cellphone (which they allow smartphones at my job, but not tablets?) and it's got a "Talkback" option, but I'm not sure this is what it's called on the N7.
