As far as retail store I don't think you'd be able to pre-order from any. For sure Google Play tomorrow, what time exactly, I don't know, anyone?

You'll be able to pre-order from the Google Play Store. I don't know when retailers are expecting the device though. Supposedly the tablet will ship out on Nov 3, and if retailers get it on that date, you'll be better off just walking into a store and buying one. You'll get it that day instead of waiting for the delivery and you'll probably pay a little less because you won't have to pay for shipping.

Why pre-order ? Wouldn't these be on sale at Best Buy or retail stores the same day these would be delivered ??

Take a look at the Note 4 threads this week with everyone obsessing when their's will be delivered and checking for a tracking number every 10 minutes .

The ones who were the happiest were the ones who walked into the store and purchased one.
