Google Now and Martian Bluetooth Watch

So I've been searching the forums for a solution to the google now + bluetooth headset problem, but to no avail. I am using bluetooth launch to start Google Now's voice search when I click the button on the watch, and I have the checkbox enabled for Bluetooth Headset. It launches the search correctly, but it pulls the audio from the internal mic on the handset instead of the watch. When I click the microphone button on the screen, it does pull the audio from the watch, and "Call Ended" shows up on the screen of the watch after it stops listening. So I'm able to get Google Now to listen to the microphone of my watch, and am able to get the button on my watch to start voice search, but I'm not able to get my phone to do both at the same time. It has been really annoying me, and I'm sure many others. I have not seen anyone else get this close to being successful on the forums so far though, but I'm hoping someone has figured it out.
