Google Now Says I Don't Have Contact Details When I Do

Hi,

Newb to everything smartphone.

I'm using the Google Now feature a lot, and love it.

I'm having a recurring problem with a number of my contacts, though. I tell Google Now to call, or text them, and it says "You have no contact details for ____ ______." It gets their name correct.

I've checked the contact details numerous times, and they are there. I can call, or text them manually.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you transfer your phone numbers to your current smartphone from a SIM card? Sometimes contact details get a bit weird going from SIM to phone. Have you tried deleting the contact and re-entering in the information? That seems to work sometimes...could be quite a hassle and time consuming if a lot of your contacts are goofy but it is something to try!

Didn't transfer the numbers, I entered them manually.

Will try re-entering the contacts
