Google Now secretly disappears ?

When I first got the phone on April 11th I think I remember setting up Google Now for it to work outside the Google Now app, meaning that I could activate it by saying "Ok, Google" whenever my phone screen was on or the phone was plugged.

Now, the feature is GONE. Completely. No trace of it. You can only use "Ok, Google" for the Google Now app. Did anyone else notice this? It frustrates me, because it was something I used at least once every day, and now it feels as if Samsung is forcing me to use their *cringes* S voice (which, by the way, 4/5 times does not even activate when I say the voice command).

It appears that Note and S5 users still have the feature.

It was removed with the first update. It is supposed to be back with the 5.1.1 update.

No it didnt go away I still have mind...what I found out by trial and error is you have the default Flipbook update or Google Now.

So download Google Now Launcher and it works fine...OK Google for any screen.

That is a good work around but it was removed from the stock launcher and will be replaced with the 5.1.1 update.
