Google now voice command camera app not working

I noticed that voice commands with the camera app is not working when Google now is on is there a way to fix that to have them both working at the same time when I turn off Google now the voice commands for shoot cheese capture smile work with no problem but when Google now is on voice command for the camera app on my galaxy note 3 is not working

FYI I did it on my wife's galaxy s3 and it worked perfectly I did a factory reset on mya GN3 a battery pull out, a restart and its still not working it's either I turn off one or turn off the other any feedback would be nice thank you

Just found out that my note 3 was doing the same thing as well.

Turn off the "Ok Google" detection from any screen to get it working again.

You are right iBanto, but that sucks! I like both features. I guess I'll keep the ok Google for now, really cool to NOT have to touch the phone so much, especially if you need to initiate a call (on Bluetooth) in the car...or even speaking a quick text...I do advocate/practice safe driving, no texting while driving.
