Does anyone know a way to get Google pay work on Galaxy Watch

Pretty sure it's not possible, though I'd be happy to be proven wrong. I understand there are reasons you might want to use GPay, but Samsung Pay is likely your best/only bet.

Yeah, that would be impossible. Since the watch runs Tizen, and not WearOS, there's pretty much zero chance Google would release an app for it, and with the sensitive nature of Google Pay, it would be impossible for a 3rd party to somehow "hack" their way into doing it.
