Google photos has disappeared how do I get it back

Have you tried Enabling?

Disappeared from the home screen? (Find it in the app drawer, long-press it and, while pressing, move it - the home screen will appear and you can move a shortcut of the app to it.) Or disappeared from the app drawer? (See belodion's answer.)
