Google photos internal memory "other" size 4GB ???

When freeing up the memory space of a 4gb phone on google photos, the memory occupancy appeared the same as "other", how to wipe it, does not appear anywhere in the file manager?

Other is the data the apps are saving. I'd clear each app's data individually, rather than clear all of them at once. There may be some apps that you want to keep data from.

I'm guessing you have a lot of pictures... I mean.. a LOT of pictures. That 'other' is your cache... Thumbnails of your current library, all the edit files for edited pics and videos, etc.

Clear the app data for Photos. Keep in mind that the next time you run Photos, it's going to want to rebuild that cache...
