google photos question.HELP ME ASAP PLEASE.

i recently went into my google photos app and then there was an album called recycle. there was pics in there which i have deleted long time ago from my phone...how did this happen? how was this album created with pictures which i deleted long time ago?

also im wondering if i can make my own album and choose what pics to put in there? i dont like having like 2 diffrent albums from wallpers just cause its 2 diffrent apps i save the wallpapers from.. would be nicer with 1 album for those pics

Sounds like Google Photos implements its own recycle bin or trash folder. If so, it gives you the ability to undo your delete commands. There should be an option there to "empty the trash".
