How do you make the lock screen brighter?And how do you get facebook messenger messages to light up on lock screen or how do you turn off lock screen

Welcome to the forums. Brightness is probably tied to the screen in general. If you want to change the lockscreen by itself, I'm not sure you can do that.

Disabling the lock screen would require you to remove any security on your device. If you have Samsung or Android Pay enabled, you won't be able to do that.

Not sure about the FB thing though.
