I'm not sure what to think of this. I don't like the idea of paying $800-$1800 for a phone only to have to pay another $240/yr every additional year just to use a vast majority of its unique features! (especially when *I* consider a lot of them to be more gimmicks than things I would use regularly). Also, letting Google access all of my data for their AI model is a little unnerving. For the first time, as a user that's been using Android since my Samsung S2, I'm considering an iPhone just because I trust Apple's privacy more than Google.

I read somewhere that Pixel 9 SERIES is going to use some new type of OLED panels from Samsung so I was excited and hoping that this new 9 series will solve the PWM tortures. It's a shame that some people especially those who actually admire and love technology are unable to use these latest smartphones from Apple, Google, Samsung due to PWM issues. Pixel 9 is a great device I love it but I will have to stick with iPhone 11 due to these bloody eye-torturing OLED panels. I am not expecting any changes from iPhone 16 series either. These big giant companies are making $$$ and playing with the health and safety of their customers. PWM affects everyone in some way.

What a coincidence! My first Android was also Galaxy S2 that replaced Nokia E71 :)
