Google pixel XL 3 or Iphone XS Max

hello,

i have been with android since my iphone was stolen(lol)

i am currently using google pixel XL(1) but it's slowing down a lot and want to get a new phone(i am with verizon) i went yesterday to the store and she wanted me to buy iphone XS max but i walked out telling her i need time to think

i know screen is bigger on iphone(which i like since i have big hands but google pixel xl 3 is also 6.3)

which phone do you think is better? and which do you think will last 2-3 years?

I'v had both the Pixel 2xl and now the iPhone XS Max. Do not have any experience with the Pixel 3xl.

This is my first iPhone; had Windows Phones and Android phones. I love the iPhone Max. when I need it, it's there for me. It's intuitive to operate for me. Highly recommend it.

i liked Android and the only ones I would now consider is the Pixel line. Get;s OS updates first and fast.

yes i am in the same boat with android for so long. Wouldn't buy anything but pixel when it comes to android though and iphone seemed nice

pixel xl 3 delivers more in the box items like fast charger, head phones than iphone

i think i am going to do a coin flip haha

one thing i liked was the big screen of iphone XS max

I have both iPhone x and pixel 3xl , I think of the pixel like the iphone of android lol, cant go wrong either way and both are definitely supported 3 years maybe iPhone little longer. Resell value goes to iPhone, flexibility what you can do goes pixel ,both shouldn't have problem lasting a day with battery .so it depends what your looking for .

If you prefer a phone that "just works", but that you can't do much with, and one with an inferior camera, the iPhone is for you. If you want a phone you can do things with, you have 2 choices:

1. Reflash the Original Pixel - see https://developers.google.com/android/images#marlin - April 2017 is the last Verizon version.

2. Get the Pixel 3XL. You'll get a phone with the Visual Core chip, which is why everyone else is comparing their phones to the Pixel. (Other phones do HDR, night sight and portrait mode but - not as well as the Pixel 2 [with the Camera 3 port] or 3, and nowhere near as fast.)

(Or you could wait a few months, then get the Pixel 4XL,)

You don't have to buy from Verizon, either the 3 or the 4. If you buy from Google directly, you get the same price, and the same interest-free payment setup. (And the non-Verizon version, aside from working on Verizon also, has an unlockable bootloader, if you ever decide to unlock it. Which you'd have to do if you wanted to, say, reflash it.)

400.00 brand new 128gb I would definitely buy it
