Google Play App issue

Hi guys,

My google play app doesn't work. When I click on it it might begin to load for a moment but then it closes itself. Also, if I go into the google play store online instead of accessing it through the app it will let me view the google play page if I select to view it in Chrome, however, whenever I attempt to download an app I click OK (to download) but then nothing happens. I've tried clearing the google play app data and cache, the problem persists, and I turned the phone off and on.

Any help is appreciated.

Try removing your Google account then adding it again.

If that doesn't work, perhaps it's an issue with your Google account. To test, try logging on with a different account. Create a new one if necessary.
