Google play application are trust worthy or not?

If we downloaded an app for recording videos & later on we delete that is there chance a copy of video even after deletion transmitted to the app developer when we online? If yes than how can we trace what personal data were transmitted from device?
Is google play store app is trust worthy?
I came to know that many app misuse our personal data ? How can we trace that?

It depends on the app. Generally speaking, well known respectable app developers are fine. Some lesser known app developers might be an issue. If you are using marshmallow then you can specify what permissions you want to give the app
