Google Play crashes

I accidentally uninstalled Google Play from my rooted Alcatel OT 991 and when I installed it again it started crashing every time. I tried installing Gapps in recovery mode but it shows an error and it doesn't install. What should I do?

Try clearing the data from Google Play App.

It worked but just for a while. The app started but then I tried to update my facebook app and just as the download started google play crashed again and now it won't even start at all. Just as it was before.

Force stop, clear data and uninstall updates.

Same thing happened. Now I tried to update another app just in case but the play store app crashed again :S

I think that it might have something to do with the fact that google play store was a system app together with google play services and it was there when I got the phone. Then I had my phone rooted and I deleted both google apps.. After that, I installed google play but not google play services. I don't even know what that app does so I don't know if I need it.

You need titanium backup to convert that Google play into a system app.

how do i get titanium back up when i dont have a play store?
