Google Play Down?

I have a working internet connection but for some reason I keep receiving this message every time I go to the google play Store. So confused right now...

Edit: it just randomly started working again. That was weird

The joys of living in a place with a tin roof -_- lol. Yet even with that weak signal I still manage six hours screen on time. Go figure xd

OP, there might have been issues with either the carrier or Google servers. Sometimes the best thing to do is wait.
