Google Play Free titles?

Is there a way to sort out what titles on Google play are free/in app purchaes/free to try, etc?

I would like to sort only the titles that are *completely* free of ads, offers, etc. Is there any setting that will do this? Checking them one at a time gets tedious

The google play store only has "free" and "paid".
"Free" almost always has ads.
The details of the app should say whether the app has ads or not, and in-app purchases or not.
