Hi

I've just swapped some radio equipment for a HTC One and in the settings it says it is running Android 4.4.2

However I cannot seem to log into Google Play. I keep getting the message There was a problem communicating with google servers.

Now matter what I try, eve if trying to login with a new account, still nothing.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Welcome to the forums.
Try going into Settings>Apps>menu>reset app preferences. Sometimes this helps with Play issues.
