Google Play Issue

Trying to update my apps, not just the Google related ones or just Chrome alone. Tried on HSPA and WiFi but this keeps happening. Cleared app data. Nothing. Suggestions? Or any one else encountering this issue?

Removing my account then adding it again solved the problem.

I had some GP errors today, too, although I think the code number was different. First time I saw that. When I updated them manually, everything worked. Not sure what the cause is.
