Google play movies and tv

I assume this is just like the google play music app? Stores in a cloud or on device? Anyone using the app??

Unlike the music app you can't upload your own content, you have to buy the movies off Google play.
You can stream them or pin them to the device to watch when your offline and don't have a connection.
