Google Play Music

anyone having a problem with google play music. on my phone when i thumbs down a song it will still come up in my q and still play. sometimes when i start the app i get nothing but the thumbs down songs and nothing i do seems to help. been doing this for weeks and google is no help and i'm thinking of cancelling my acc to play music.



did not know where to put this so sorry if this is not the right place. move if need be

Are you talking about All Access, or your own songs in your own Google Music Library?

You might consider going to Settings>Apps>All, selecting Google Play Music, and tapping Clear Cache.

sorry its the all access pay one. clearing cache does nothing. its now doing it on my pc too.

I don't have All Access, so I can't tell if there is some other setting for that. I'd consider going to the support page and clicking on the Contact Us button at the upper right.

update no email/call back and its been hours. cancelling google play all access and going back to something else.

I'd give them at least a day to respond, but cancelling is also a reasonable option.
