Google Play services and Play Store not working, how can I get it working?

google play services and play store not working

I recently bought a HP slatebook21 it was updated from android 4.2 to 4.4 now when I start it , it displays message that Google play services have stopped and when I try to start play store a white screen appears and it closes and I have tried everything resetting tablet clearing cached data and all data. Uninstalling play store and services PLEASE HELP ME
