Google play services BS (Huawei P10 Lite)

[AC Question]

I bought myself a Huawei P10 Lite,and everything worked fine until i put in my SIM card.
After I put it in it installed a package consisting of some "helpful" apps from my provider,and it restarted the phone.

Now,after the restart every time i try to use youtube I get the following error:

"YouTube relies on Google Play services,which is not supported by your device.Contact the manufacturer for assistance."

And I've checked my app list and it seems that I already have google play services,so what gives?

Also can't access the play store.

It's a local service provider named VIP Mobile,it's owned by mobilekom from Austria.

1, uninstall one or more of these carrier installed apps.
2, remove sim.
3, Does problem go away?
4, make​ sure "unknown sources" is turned off.
5, if not resolved, do full erase or factory reset.
