Google Play Services Crashes

Im trying to buy family plan on Google Music and whwnever I go through the various stages I get a message saying Google play services has crashed. I try to do the same thing through Google Play and the same thing happens. I deleted the cache and still same result....

Both the one on the recovery and the app cachevon my HTC One M8. Same thing happens on my wife's phone and she has Note 5... really weird...
