Google play services down?

is anyone else experiencing problems. wifi icon is greyed out on both N7(13) and N4. My Google account has trouble syncing and can no longer check for updates on N7

UPDATE: wifi back to blue but system update will not refresh. Looks like I'll be tasting those sweet Jelly beans a little longer.
