Google Play services has stopped

[Android Central Question]

After updating my Google Play services, two messages pop out frequently that is Unfortunately , Google Play services has stopped and Unfortunately , the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped. It is very irritating for me when I using phone. I had try some solutions on YouTube but futile - Factory reset for 3 times - Turn off or on device administrator to disable Google Play services but the disable box still inaccessible - Cleaning cache on Google Play services , Google services framework and cache partition but the problem continues - Change to safe mode but the problem on going - Receiving new patch of Google Play services from others either problem go on or parse packing error - Disabling Google applications except Google Play services ( Can't disable ) - Manage button on Google Play services always freezing or crashing can't even get inside

This cause me felt vexed all the times and disappointed.I can't even login into my account after this issue came out. Stable network but login keep forever. I wish I never update Google applications at the first time.

Anyone can help me in this issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did the phone come with Google Play Services preinstalled, or did you have to manually install it yourself?
