Google play services keeps stoping error message

I am getting an error message that says Google Play Services keeps stopping. How do I fix it.

Which phone/device?
Is it on wifi and data ?
Did you clear data, cache, force stop play store?

Welcome to Android Central! Try also clearing the cache from the Google Play Services app. To find it, go to Settings>Apps​, then tap Menu>Show System.
