Google play services keeps stopping

[Android Central Question]

Last update caused Google play services to keep stopping making it impossible to use my tablet. How can I fix this or remove the last update that caused this?

Go to settings>apps>system apps >find Google play services and tap then upper right corner tap dots and Uninstall but it might update automatically.

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? Try clearing the cache from Google Play Services first.
