Google play services looks like it belongs in kit kat

I keep getting this notification from Google play services whenever I update certain apps.

GP services updates quite a bit so, I am sceptical that its UI would still be Holo dark. My Moto X 2014 VZW has been on lollipop for over a year. Anyone know why it is doing this or if it isn't the real Google play services?

Its probably legit. I'm getting the occasional message to accept Google terms and conditions when I log on to play store
