Google Play Services stopping a lot

I searched didn't see any reference anyplace. Don't want to ask for help over at Oneplus forums, seems to be just a bunch of kids looking for an invite. Anyway recently every time I try to send or even write an email in Gmail I get the "Unfortunately Google Play Services Has Stopped" I'm now getting it sometimes just by opening Gmail, received the OTA update last night for 33R and it kept giving me the "Unfortunately Google Play Services Has Stopped" trying to install the update, finally went through after 5 attempts. Anyone have a clue why this would be happening?

I haven't run into this issue myself. I also received the latest 33R update. Have you rebooted your phone since?

Yes on rebooting my phone. This started before the update, happened during the update and after. Rebooted many times. I'm afraid I'm going to have to do another factory reset, this will be the 4th since I got this phone last month.
