Google play services

Anybody having problems with Google Play Services constantly running? Auto sync off for ALL of Google services. No location on. But battery stats showing Google Play Services running and cannot stop it. Right now it has used 20%. Ideas? Wifi showing constantly receiving sending data, not many apps installed, in fact already did a factory reset.

Yea i saw it on mine as well, last update made everything go crazy. i wonder if there is a way to roll it back to the previous version....Anybody know?
