hi ,

im really new to the whole android world, and i think i already messed up my phone.

I recently downloaded a game called Zombie Frontier and it froze my whole phone making me change setting and deleting certain app's. Now my phone kept giving me the message "google play store has stopped working" and I went on the net to search if anyone had had the same problem as me, after following some of the peoples instructions I have cleared the data and the cache and uninstalled google play store completely. After getting a link to re-install Google play store, it would literally just open and close again immediately.

Please help , i need this app back and i have no idea what im doing..... :'(

Welcome to Android Central, it's great for you to be here. I think a factory reset might get you going, though you'd have to setup your phone again. :(

Welcome to the forums!
You can also try this: Go into Settings>Application Manager>Click Menu>Click Reset App Preferences. Sometimes this helps Play Force Close issues.

This or you're looking at a factory reset as said above.

Everyone concurs with a reset. Might not be a bad idea. That should clear system cache, and possibly help with any lag issues.

:)

Oh right , help me, help others.... *lol*

I went Settings>Application Manager>Click Menu>Click Reset App Preferences...

Just exited and there it was!
