Google Play Store crashes when selecting "Manage approval requests"

Hi,

I have a Samsung SM-J510FN with Android 7.1.1 which I have been using for a couple of years. Recently I installed Google Family Link and both it and Google Play Store have worked fine for the past few months. A few days ago however, I noticed that when I went into Play Store/ Account/ Family/ Manage approval requests, Play Store immediately quits, denying me the change to approve / deny the request.

So far, I have cleared the cache and data from Google Play store and checked that Download Manager is enabled (both tips from various forums). However, Play Store is still quitting when trying to review requests for apps.

I'm trying to avoid a factory reset if at all possible.

Welcome to Android Central! Is Google Play Services up to date? It should be 20.04.14.

Can try uninstall the update to play store see if it's ok on the older version
