Google play store is disappeared from my phone

[Android Central Question]

Google play store is disappeared from my Samsung J 7 prime phone.. I bought this 2 years ago and since yesterday I can't go to YouTube or play store... In settings>apps Google play services is available, but when I go to it, its "disable" button or "force stop" or in the bottom "app details in store" button also not available... and I tried cleaning it's clear cache also...
I cleaned my internal storage also...
Also My gmail account is saved in phone, but it says it doesn't work... it's difficult for me to do a factory reset because there are very important details in messages and notes on my phone... I'm having a big issue because of this... please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible... Thank you
