google play store issue

How's it going? I just currently came back from overseas and purchased a new galaxy s5 but on my playstore it is still asking me to pay for apps in euro and I think that is causing me not to be able to download my local bank app because it says it is not available for download on the store when I try to download it.. any ideas?
