Google play store not showing settings Tab

Hi,

I recently purchased Tab 3 whereas when opening google play store its not showing settings bar. Kindly help

I don't see a Settings tab in my Play Store, so I'm guessing it's gone? I've always hit the Menu button (not the side bar) and there it is, the Settings option. I used to have "My Apps" and a couple more options in that menu but that has been moved to the side bar.
