Google play store not working

As of today the Google play store doesn't work on my phone. When I bring it up all I get is a blank white screen. I've had the phone for 6 months, running 4.4.2 android. I've rebooted the phone but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Ok. Took battery out of phone and put back in. Now working fine. Weird.
