Hi everyone, have a good reading.
Once it happened already, I almost ran out of memory, because all of a sudden, there was 10gb of cache, without checking it I have deleted all the cache, when it happened again, it appears that the cause of it is Google play store.
First time the problem appeared, it started constantly updating play support libraries, the notification about update kept showing and disappearing every 2 minutes (for the whole day) until I ran Google play, and it updated properly, shortly the cache was filled. Now there's no any sign of it, but the cache has filled almost all the available space.
Xiaomi redmi note 4.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Android Apps forum to the General Help forum, since the former is intended for developers to promote their apps.

Have you been using Instant Apps? That might lead to the Play Store generating a lot of cached data.

Do you close Play (use the Back button) when you're done with it? Or just run another app (never allowing it to clear its cache after it's done using it)?

Screen provided, hope it's useful.

About the way I close Google play, usually by spamming back button, but even if not, I'm shortly closing the process, as I hate active background processes.

Even though you don't actually use Instant Apps, see what happens if you go to the Google Play Instant part of the Play Store settings and turn off the Upgrade Web Links toggle.

Surprisingly, there was an app, which I never used.... "Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire", which isn't that large, just 77mb (and as I never ran it, downloadable content shouldn't be there in any way) , still removed the app and turned off the Web link toggle.
Will report in a few days.
Than you for super though.

Looks like the problem is being solved by turning off instant apps, even though I've never used it (neither I knew about it).
It's good so far, but will post in case it happens again.
Thank you guys!

Ok, it didn't work...
Not instant apps problem.
As for clearing cache partition, can't do it as xiaomi redmi note 4 (and looks like other versions of redmi) can't do it, the system menu has only reboot and hard reset, have already deleted the cache through options, but of course it didn't work...

Steps to wipe cache partition on Xiaomi Redmi Note 4

Power off the device.

Press and hold the power button and volume up button.

Use volume buttons to highlight wipe & reset and use the power button to select.

Choose, wipe cache.

Select yes option when prompted.

As mentioned before
The menu doesn't provide the option of cleaning cache
Detailed menu and submenus:

Reboot system - reboot
- back to menu
Wipe data - wipe all data - you sure want to delete all data?
- cancel
- back to menu
Connect mi assistant (requires USB connection)

Wipe all data refers to hard reset (again, as mentioned before)

No, no other options available, every single outcome described detailed enough.

It's pretty inconsistent, it happened about 3 times in less than a week, then it stays at normal amount for about 3 days already (since the last post)
Also, as mentioned at the start of the thread, pay support libraries update acts strange, so here's the thing, when it's not appearing, the cache stays normal

Have the Play Support Libraries stopped updating so often? If so, is the cache still building up despite that no longer being an issue?

While the libraries are not updating, seems not to build cache, but the update itself doesn't open any window upon clicking on the update notification, neither is shown anywhere, so I have no idea on how to do it when (and if) it starts anyway.

First, clearing the cache in recovery or in the system menu clears the Linux cache (Android runs in Linux). You want to clear the Play cache in Settings > Apps > Google Play. (Hit "See all xxx apps", choose Google Play, Storage and cache, then clear cache.)

Second, Android kills any apps that it needs to kill. (Android apps must keep their current state at all times, so if a background app is killed, then you go back to it, Android runs it again, telling it to pick up where it left off. That "current state" is kept in the app's cache. [Which is why, if you never close an app, just turn the phone off, the cache keeps growing.]) An app that you used the back button on isn't running, it's just sitting in RAM, not using any battery, but if you use that app again, it saves battery by not having to load it again. (And some apps use a process in another app, so you'll notice that you kill some apps and they come back. It's a waste of your time, and a waste of battery, to manually remove apps from RAM.)
