Google Play store won't load on brand new X96H.

Hi all,

Just bought a brand new X96H Android 9.0 tv box, everything works fine except for the google play store...when I launch it it's trying to load but then it crashes every time. I've tried several different google accounts, clearing cache etc. What can cause this? However I can still get into the store if let's say I want to update an app or something but the main page of play store is the culprit and crashes there every time..

Any ideas please?

Welcome to Android Central! Did the box come with the Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to manually install it yourself?
