I just got the s4 active and I was trying to download apps from the play store but I can't find any of the apps I'm looking for. Is it because of my location( I live in the Caribbean) that certain apps are unavailable or is it another issue? Help me please

Don't know if it's the same issue but I can't update any of my apps right now. Maybe the play store is down?
