Google Plays sees my Samsung Galaxy s4 as a "SCH-I545" phone

Google Play is not registering my Samsung Galaxy s4 right in the Google Play in my browser using a computer!!! it shows up as a "model SCH-I545" phone and NOT a Samsung Galaxy s4!!! it has a generic icon by it rather than the phone model icon like the Droid Razr showed. how do I tell Google Play that it is NOT what it thinks it is but a Samsung Galaxy s4

If so, I think that's the right model number for the Verizon's GS4.
