Google Plus and Facebook photo sync problems

Hi,sorry for any reposts,i cant figure this out for the life of me. I had a galaxy s3 prior to the one and this worked fine. I want to link my google+ account with the one and sync my photos TO my phone from google +. Same goes for Facebook. Except Facebook syncs my friends and not mine.
